We are a Japanese Jiu Jitsu academy that offers yoga and Tai Chi. Currently we have 15 students with several more waiting for our expansion. We have a 96% retention rate on our student population. In addition the business will provide a after school program for area students (3 elementary, 2 middle, and 2 highschools within a 5 mile radius)with pick-up, care / homework room, and Jiu Jitsu training prior to 6pm pickup by parents. We have developed income streams from Jiu Jitsu training, after school care, yoga, Tai Chi, and themed birthday parties on the weekends.
